On Monday 26th June the PTA will be holding the final coffee morning of the school year. All proceeds received will be donated to a local charity, Havering & Brentwood Bereavement Society (HBBS),

HBBS is a small local charity which has been supporting local people of all ages for nearly 30 years. Whilst maintaining their specialism in bereavement, they now work with over 500 local people each year on a wide range of issues including separation or divorce, relocation and other loss. The charity is very close to our hearts as they have supported children and families within Upminster Infant & Junior School.
Money raised at the Coffee Morning will be used to contribute to their Children’s Bereavement Service for local primary aged children who are struggling to come to terms with a close bereavement. They receive no local authority or health service funding for this work and it is entirely funded by grants, donations and community fundraising.

As previously mentioned, this is the last coffee morning of the school year and we would love to see as many parents as possible at this event.
