Upminster Schools PFA love volunteers.

We welcome parents, guardians and grandparents.

Being a member of the Upminster Schools PFA doesn’t mean meetings every week, you can dip in and out as much or as little as you are able! A lot of the correspondence is done via whatsapp or grabbing 5 minutes in the playground at drop off or pick up. Every so often we like to try and catch up in person over a drink or two. It doesn’t have to be a life changing commitment but the money that the PFA raise is so enriching for all of our children who attend the school. 

Volunteering takes so many different forms – giving up a couple of hours to run a stall at a fete, selling at tuck shop one week, running an event, shopping for event supplies, wrapping Christmas presents, accepting donations one morning before school, donating requested items for raffle prizes…the list is endless and it really doesn’t have to take up much of your time. All and any offers of help will be so appreciated.

Please don’t forget to get in touch if your employer offers matched funding too – we are always happy to discuss the requirements of your business to take advantage of any offers. Please also forward this to any parents in your household who aren’t on the mailing list but maybe work for a business that offers this.
