The school Summer Fun Day is fast approaching and we need as many volunteers as possible
to help out on the day setting up, clearing up or manning a stall.

The slots are as follows:
Set up 9-11am
Stall 11am-12.30
Stall 12.30-2pm
Clear up 2-3pm

However if you can only help for part of a slot please let us know as any help would be
appreciated.

This year we have set up a way of signing up online. Please just click on the link below and then
you can choose your specific slot and the stall you wish to help on.

Please note some stalls are marked as year 6 stalls, can adults for now avoid signing up to
these ones so that any year 6 volunteers can do so first. Forms for signing up will also be
emailed out for year 6 volunteers, however if anyone would prefer to sign up their year 6 child
this online way instead, please do. Just remember to include your child’s name & class and
parents name and contact number when you do so.
