The school Christmas Bazaar is fast approaching and we need as many volunteers as possible to help out setting up, clearing up or manning a stall.

The slots are as follows:

Friday 30th November – Set up 1- 3pm
Set up 3 – 4:30pm
Saturday 1st December – Set up 9.30 – 11am
Stall 11am – 12.30pm
Stall 12.30 – 2pm
Clear up 2 – 3pm

However if you can only help for part of a slot please let us know as any help would be appreciated.

Please note some stalls are marked as year 6 stalls, can adults for now avoid signing up to these ones so that any year 6 volunteers can do so first. If a parent would like to sign up their year 6 child to a year 6 stall, please do, just remember to include your child’s name & class and parents name and contact number when you do so. A separate letter will also be sent to year 6 parents.
